Pumpkin Cookie Cake
1 HaleLife Pumpkin Cookie Dough Tub (8oz)
1 HaleLife Buttercream Icing Tub (8oz)
Candy - gummy bears, candy bars
Cookies - crumbled GF oreos, chocolate chip cookies
Drizzles - chocolate, fruit preserves
Misc - marshmallows, chocolate chips, sprinkles
Grease round cookie sheet or pizza pan with spray or butter
Preheat oven to 350 degree per cookie dough package instructions
Press cookie dough into 10" circle on preprared cookie/pizza pan. Dough should be even thickness.
Bake cookie dough for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly golden brown and center is thoroughly baked.
Let cookie crust cool for one hour. Pull icing tub from refrigerator and let come to room temperature while cookie crust is cooling.
Ice with entire tub of icing leaving 1 inch space around the edge to create a crust
Top with your choice of toppings.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days in air tight container or freeze for up to three weeks
